Die Cutting and Guillotining

Our large format semi-automatic Eterna SA 1620S die-cutter was installed in 2017, and reinforces the company’s position to invest in new equipment to fulfil our customers’ needs and requirements. The machine is capable of die-cutting a maximum sheet size of 1620mm x 1200mm at a cycle speed of up to 3000 sheets per hour. It is exceptionally versatile, being able to cut sheets as small as 450mm x 640mm and convert various substrates including solid board up to 3mm thickness, corrugated up to 8mm, laminates, films and plastic corrugated. The machine uses the industry standard Centreline 2 tooling system for less down time on make ready’s.

Clam-Shell Platens We operate two Crosland Clam-Shell Platens which are ideally suited to shorter run lengths.

Guillotining We have two guillotines: Polar 92E and Perfecta 1650 which enables us to service all our trimming requirements.
